He immediately started the process of securing a couple of lots to share with you legends! Since then, Boram Um won the 2023 World Barista Championships with a coffee from Janson. This is our second year working with this amazing farm and we could not be more excited to share our chosen lots with you. This lot is an exceptional example of a naturally processed Panamanian Geisha with complex sweetness, amazing balance and beautiful florals.This coffee is roasted in small batches on our Stronghold S7X, arguably the most advanced roasting machine in the world.
