Meet our third release of the year from Riverdale Estate. A layered light roast with a standout aroma, this coffee was processed using the anaerobic natural method. Ripe coffee cherries were fermented in an oxygen-free environment, then dried with the fruit intact. The result is a bright cup that leads with the aroma of berries and pineapple. Notes of mango, tea rose, raspberry, and mandarin emerge in layers, making the brew fruit-forward with hints of florality. The aftertaste of mandarin lingers, punctuating each sip. Our roasters recommend drinking this coffee black. For the best experience, brew it using an AeroPress, or as a Pour Over.Recommended Resting Period: 14 Days
