While we have heard about this rare cultivar that is relatively new to the market, it’s been hard to find classic process Papayo lot so we jumped on it when we cupped a sample of this lot.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">It seems like to us that Papayo cultivar has very unique acidity, especially in terms of tartness, accompanied by unique tart fruits flavors.
