Mulish
Tasting Notes
Description

Mulish

Jigesa Farm

Heirlooms - Classic Washed

Ethiopia

This is our very first time trying a coffee from Mulish washing station, located in Guji, Ethiopia. We are truly impressed with its very intense and rich body structure. Super juicy, very tart that is right enough to display its vibrant floral notes.

In the cup, we found juicy nectarine followed by sweet honeysuckle and hints of lavender in the finish.

Our tasting notes:

nectarine, lavender, honeysuckle

Area: Guji, Ethiopia

Altitude: 2000-2200 masl

Varietal: Heirlooms

Process: classic washed

Recommended ratio: 1:18-19
