<h1>Santa Lucia</h1> <h2><strong>Fincas Mierisch/Erwin "Wingo" Mierisch </strong></h2> <h3><strong>Geisha - Classic Washed</strong></h3> <h3>Honduras</h3> <p>El Triangulo is has been our annual regular lineup and flagship coffee since 2021, that represents our long term friendship with Wingo.</p> <p>While this coffee has always been our long term favorite coffee, perhaps this harvest is one of the best El Triangulo from them (if this is #2 then we would say 2022 lot was the #1). Unlike our previous favorite harvest (2022), this coffee is more like a Geisha flavor driven coffee and extremely floral. Perhaps the most floral Geisha we have sourced this year so far.  </p> <p>Expect Yuzu citrus, distinct florals of lavender, followed by perfumed honeydew flavors.
