Gesha – Inmaculada A vibrant take on one of the most iconic coffee varieties. This Natural Gesha from Inmaculada Coffee Farms brings together bright fruit, florals, and clarity in a way only a meticulously grown and processed Gesha can. Processed over 26 days using a clean natural method, this lot balances citrusy acidity with layered sweetness. Expect green grape, red apple, lemongrass, and brown sugar in the cup, with a floral lift and a smooth, medium body. Harvested in November 2024 and dried on raised beds in the Cauca region of Colombia, this Gesha scored 87.3 with standout marks in sweetness, uniformity, and clean cup. Refined, aromatic, and expressive. A textbook natural Gesha, elevated by Inmaculada’s obsessive attention to detail.
